Its fun there with the menager ?

Every now and then small errors occur when ordering (fries missing, wrong burger, etc.), but they are exchanged without any problems. Otherwise all perfect and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately there are always parking lot rip-offs, which is why I avoid this place and prefer to go to another McDonalds.

Always fast and good service

Pretty good here. I don't know if it's me, but the vanilla milkshake tastes like nothing compared to the Erlenseeer Mc Donalds. Too bad. Otherwise nice staff and fast service for the current situation.

Collection is possible despite lockdown. My recommendation is to order from the drive-in and eat in the car in the parking lot.

Unfortunately one of the worst mc Donalds I've been to ... Staff doesn't speak German .. And eat cold ...

Lukewarm burger. Sloppy fries and an outrageous parking ticket. Yes, that's the right way to lose customers. But you don't care, the fewer customers come the better. MC Donalds doesn't need customers. Service or friendliness are foreign words in Lamboystr. 32 in Hanau. And then another brazen customer-hostile parking lot tenant. I've been there once and never again. I can only advise everyone looking for an alternative.

One can forget I was kicked out after waiting 20 minutes for my opinion "Fast restaurant"

Fetched something to eat at the counter in the late evening of March 5th, 2020. Today, on November 20th, 2020 I got a ticket for € 37.50 due to missing parking disc! There was no ticket on the car. Do you still have them all? I will definitely never eat or get something from you again! Rip off without end!

I would not recommend eating there. In addition to the food, I also had to pay a fine of 37.50 € because I parked there. Just ridiculous !!!

Order compiled on a large monitor at the entrance. We were then served nicely at the table. With a mask and distance, of course.

Always the same "dirt" ..... How many times have I sworn to never go there again. But the child traps unfortunately work every now and then ... You eat but you are not full. In the aftermath, you can get annoyed with heartburn .... don't be surprised with the "ingredients" .... It's called chemicals elsewhere!

Was there at half past one at night, ordered a menu, arrived home and was missing burger. Simply DISAPPOINTING. Without words

Very decent shop. Because there is little activity, there is also fast and friendly service. All good ! The 5th star is given if you can register with a cell phone scan.

Very cold in the branch, unfriendly staff, grilled potatoes totally salty, big mac cold, nuggets not really crispy and that even though there were about 5 visitors in the branch. So something was definitely going wrong at the time we were there. It's a shame about the money, next time I'd rather be burger king

Bad just bad if you could give 0 stars I would give none! 1. You can't finish ordering at the counter and if you order 2 menus you get 1 french fries with it but all sauces wow. In addition the food was dry without end. Service was rude just not good! Worst Mc Donalds ever !!

Salads are delicious. The best coffee in the world. I love maca coffee

I'm very disapointed. Nobody speak English even manager ?. No paper cupholder for drink so.... get better TURKISHE MC DONALD'S ?

staff ist nicht freundlichen. behaviour is not good .even they try to make fun of customers (those who do not good in Deutsch and* on their orders ) *this Sound weird but it was happened with me. RIP

The Chicken McNuggets have unfortunately become a disaster, if you look at them totally thin. What are you doing McDonald's?

Such a dirty "restaurant" has never come to my eyes. The staff unfriendly, half the order at the delivery forgotten or wrong, on the toilet all urinal broken and the toilet totally eingesaut. Normally you would have to send the health department there!

I bought the Vegan Burger today and it was disappointing. No taste to it at all. Crispy lettuce, tomato and pickles , SMOTHERED IN KETCHUP!!! Come on McDonald's put a better sauce on this "burger". 7 euros for a menu what a waste

Last night I go there with my family our kids submit the online feedback and show the coupon to the person on the counter. Sorry to say the behavior of the person on the counter is very bad he insult us in front of our kids he said get out from here. The kids just fill out the online feedback and show him the voucher. This type of behavior we never expect from McDonald's ever.

The staff of the restaurant is so rude and uneducated, they don't know how to deal with customers. Will never visit McDonald's again for sure. ?
